Munira Jiwa of Core Energy Wellness

The simple practice of Spring Forest Qigong™ (SFQ) has had a positive impact on so many areas of my life: not only improved health, but increased energy, and increased focus and concentration. It also helped me lift post-partum depression. And it has allowed me to have more meaningful relationships with my family and friends.

My own journey to healing was so profound, I found myself compelled to share this powerful practice with others. I travelled to Minneapolis to complete the 4 levels of SFQ training under Master Chunyi Lin, the creator and founder of Spring Forest Qigong™.

I believe SFQ has changed my perspective. It has taught me the power our mind plays in creating a life of health and joy. Qigong has guided me to trust my inner voice and encouraged me to live from my heart. I encourage you to get in touch and learn more about how Spring Forest Qigong™ can transform your life the way it has transformed mine.

Dr. Janice Smylie, EFT in Calgary

My journey into holistic medicine began needing to find effective physical and emotional relief. I’d survived a very serious auto crash: 19 years of chronic pain and 8 years of depression followed. Then, while still living in England in 2002, I found… Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).

EFT involves gently tapping acupressure points on your meridian lines. Who knew that doing something so ‘simple to learn and easy to use’ would so completely change my life? My benefits were dramatic. Pain and depression just ‘turned off’. I gained a life worth living! Imagine my excitement… getting my life back! I was inspired! I attended Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) conferences/ trainings with Gary Craig, the creator of EFT, in the USA.

While acquiring other healing certifications I was blessed with amazing teachers in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Advanced and Clinical Hypnotherapy, Emotional Intelligence, Brain Gender Science… and much more. With all these trainings, and 10 years later… I continue to feel inspired by EFT. Over and over again I see my clients get great results through tapping. I love teaching classes about the ‘How To’ of using EFT effectively; booking private sessions, and presenting EFT Practitioner Certification workshops!

in4_logo_2The Tomorrow Project

Alberta Health Services is home to The Tomorrow Project; the largest health research project undertaken in Alberta. Its goal is to find out more about the causes of cancer and other health conditions so researchers will be able to develop better strategies to improve our health in the future. To achieve this goal, The Tomorrow Project needs to enrol 50,000 Albertans between the ages of 35-69 who have not previously had cancer (except non-melanoma skin cancer). Just one hour of your time could make a significant impact and may lead researchers to find out why some people get cancer and others do not. Come hear more about the project.

Inspire More

Inspire More

Inspire More, Calgary

Inspire More is an initiative to empower women to take action in their lives focusing on improving wellness and vitality. Research demonstrates that having a strong sense of purpose, feeling connected, as well as improving your lifestyle, can extend not only the years of your life but enhance quality as well.  However, the overwhelming amount of health and wellness information available, along with real and perceived obstacles that we face every day, can make this seem unattainable.  Inspire More’s ambition is to help you overcome obstacles, filter and simplify information, and nudge you into action to help you live longer, happier and healthier lives.

“Let Your Actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more.” ~John Quincy Adams

Norja Vanderelst

Norja Vanderelst

Norja Vanderelst of Colour Infusion Web Design
Reflect Your Professionalism

At the age of 20, a professional dress-maker graduate, Norja became an Image Consultant to compliment her knowledge of the fashion industry. Once working with colour in the wardrobe to match people’s skin and hair tones, she got hooked! Everything is about colour in her life.

After she moved to Canada from The Netherlands, in 1996, she transitioned into the Health and Wellness field, practicing and teaching Reiki for seven years. Norja then discovered how the frequency of colours can affect a person. This can create balance in people’s lives. Norja studied the auric field along with the chakras and learned that you actually can influence a lot of things with the use of colour. Currently, Norja integrates this colour awareness into her web-designs in order to create the right energy for your business.
