Time to level-up! Rather than force ourselves to squeeze into a diet, it’s time to upgrade the one we’ve got.

We transition through life stages, seasons, emotional events and daily demands. One diet does not fit all. Reconnecting to our own nutrition intuition assists with knowing how to nourish our bodies from one stage to the next, one season to the next and one day to the next. Instead of forcing yourself to fit a specific diet, create a diet that fits your most vibrant self.

Once we lighten our toxic load and tune into our body’s intelligence, we begin to sense more clearly what our body (and soul) require for nourishment. Employing principles of nutrition from the ancient and beautiful science of Ayurveda as well as incorporating living foods from Raw Nutrition and locally available and sustainable foods, we build a diet to meet your individual needs.

Visiting your daily routine and schedule, along with the way in which you prepare and consume your meals, allows us to create a nutritional ritual that nourishes you: body, mind, and spirit.
