Can’t spend the night? Join us for the day!

Day retreaters enjoy nature walk, meditation, breath work, journalling, yoga, and lunch. You are also welcome to stay for dinner.

Retreat begins at 10am Saturday, May 31st and wraps up at 2pm Sunday, June 1st

Dinner Saturday (the group will have the dining room menu items to choose from)

Lunch Sunday (the group will have some free time to explore Lake Louise and have lunch)


What to bring?

Clothes for the weather. Bring layers and a weather-proof jacket of sorts.

Hiking boots or walking boots.

Comfortable clothes for yoga. Sweater or small blanket or wrap.

Journal and pen.

Water bottle.

Your overnight necessities.

Yoga mat.


Contact the hotel directly if you wish to treat yourself to a Friday night stay before the retreat.

Cancellations before May 21st will be refunded less a $50 fee.

Cancellations after May 21st are non-refundable unless your spot can be filled.
