Nourish inside out

Nourish and warm yourself, from your nose to your toes, with these bountiful beverages.


Chaga Hot Chocolate:

2 tsp cacao powder

1/2 tsp chaga powder

1 cup hot water or milk of choice (or use the liquid from a chaga mushroom decoction)

1/2 tsp coconut oil

a pinch of vanilla powder, cayenne pepper or cinnamon

sweetener of choice, to taste (honey, pure maple syrup, stevia, agave or cane sugar)

Stir well or blend on high until frothy.

Great for the kids (and adults) with a natural vanilla marshmallow or two.


Nectar of the Goddess:

steep 1 tsp blue lotus blossoms in 1 cup water

add 1 tsp sacred lotus pollen

wild honey to taste

A perfect potion to drift off to dreamland or merge into meditation.


Ashwagandha Chai

Decoct 1 heaping tbsp chai spices and a pinch of ashwagandha in 2 cups of simmering water for 20 minutes

Remove from heat and add almond milk and honey to taste.

Rejuvenate, relax and restore with this spicy delight.
